ACP-220 practice tests course cover representing Confluence Cloud administration, spaces, permissions, content, and governance

“Open up the page” can mean several different things

One colleague cannot enter a space. Another can read but not edit. A legal team wants one discussion to remain private while the rest of the space stays open. Treating all three requests as the same permission problem would make administration fast in the wrong way.

These tests help you practice separating those requirements before selecting a control. The explanations connect Confluence's administrative layers with the people who need to work in them, so you can examine both the intended result and the neighboring behavior that should not change.

Access is one part of a usable knowledge environment

The scope covers access across the app or site, spaces, and individual content. Space administration includes organization and reusable templates or blueprints. Content-lifecycle topics bring in discovery, maintenance, and archiving, where a technically accessible page may still be difficult to find or trust.

Global settings, users, integrations, and apps widen the view to the site and its operating responsibilities. These topics belong together because an administrative decision can affect more than the page currently open on your screen.

The course encourages you to distinguish a permissions fix from a knowledge-design problem. A missing reader may need an access change. An unowned policy needs a decision about maintenance and authority. Repeated page-by-page exceptions may suggest a space model that no longer fits. The right response depends on which of those conditions the scenario establishes.

Practice format

You get 6 practice tests, with 70 questions in each test (420 questions in total).

The course language is English, and the course level is Advanced.

Is this the right fit?

For experienced Confluence administrators, consultants, and space owners moving into broader Cloud administration. Familiarity with daily Confluence use is expected. This is not an introduction to writing pages, a migration implementation course, or a claim that completing the tests establishes enterprise administration experience.

A sample of the reasoning

An employee space should remain broadly readable. One page contains confidential legal negotiations and must be visible only to the legal team. What is the most appropriate change?

  1. Apply a view restriction to that page for the authorized legal audience.

  2. Remove general employee access to the whole space containing the page.

  3. Move the page under another parent and assume that makes it private.

  4. Archive the page and treat archiving as a confidentiality control.

Best answer: A. A addresses the exceptional audience without unnecessarily changing the rest of the space. A different parent is not, by itself, an access decision, and archiving is not a substitute for a confidentiality control. Removing the wider space audience would disrupt unrelated collaboration. The requirement is about the page's permitted readers, not the space's general purpose.

Illustrative public-page example, reworded for this edition; not a live examination item.

Predict the effect before accepting the answer

For each configuration scenario, name the audience, intended action, administrative layer, and people who should remain unaffected. Separate a product-behavior gap from a weak impact assessment. Use current Atlassian sources to verify the control, then attempt unfamiliar questions. The useful result is an explanation of why the change belongs there—not simply a remembered path through the settings.
