A priority is real when you can explain what it displaces

A customer asks for a change halfway through a PI. The request may be valuable, but another objective uses the same capacity and a shared team controls part of the delivery. Putting the feature at the top of a backlog would not settle those consequences.

These tests focus on the core PO/PM work behind that choice. They help you connect product intent with the features, priorities, acceptance, and coordination through which a team contributes to it. The explanations make the role boundary visible: what can be clarified locally, and what requires a broader product or ART decision?

Keep the two product horizons connected

The scope runs from vision and roadmap through customer and business context, feature refinement, and prioritization. PI Planning brings in dependencies, risks, and the information needed to make a credible plan. Iteration and PI execution add flow, feedback, acceptance, and adaptation.

Continuous delivery and learning return the conversation to value: did the work produce the intended result, and what should the product do next? That connection helps prevent stories from becoming detached instructions with no recognizable customer purpose.

The course is particularly useful for distinguishing Product Management's broader horizon from the Product Owner's proximity to team work. The distinction should help evidence reach the right decision, not create an approval ladder for every detail. An important discovery at story level may still change a feature or a PI Objective.

Practice format

Six tests covering vision, backlogs, PI Planning and value delivery.

You get 6 practice tests, with 45 questions in each test (270 questions in total).

The course language is English, and the course level is Intermediate.

Is this the right fit?

For Product Owners, Product Managers, and learners reinforcing the durable PO/PM concepts. Current certification candidates need the official 26.5 AI material in addition to this retained core practice. The course is not full current assessment coverage, a delivery-tool tutorial, or a substitute for the official learning experience.

A sample of the reasoning

A major customer requests an urgent feature during a PI. Delivering it would displace work supporting existing objectives. What should the Product Owner do first?

  1. Move the request above all existing work because the customer is important.

  2. Reject the request because PI plans must never change after planning.

  3. Clarify the outcome and impact, then support a transparent ART-level trade-off.

  4. Ask the customer to write the stories so the team can begin immediately.

Best answer: C. C establishes what the customer needs and makes the consequences visible to the people who can accept them. Importance alone does not create capacity, while a fixed plan should not prevent legitimate adaptation. Story writing also does not resolve the value, dependency, or displacement question. The next step is a clearer decision, not a hidden addition to the team backlog.

Use two study tracks, not one reassuring score

Use these tests to review role boundaries, feature-to-story connections, PI decisions, and delivery feedback. Keep a separate record of the current AI topics studied through Scaled Agile's material. A strong score on familiar core questions cannot show that an untested addition is covered. Within each scenario, explain both who owns the decision and which evidence would change it.
